Perma Banned account wrongly went straight to perma ban.
Hi, Have been playing on and off since early 2015. ~2 weeks ago, I was in a game with someone who spammed racial slurs into our chat. I asked the other team to report, and quoted this summoner. I was issued a 14-day ban because I had quoted the summoner. I opened a ticket, and support removed the ban, set my honor back to 2, and said it's like it never happened, but to be smarter going forward. Earlier today I was issued a permanent ban on my main account. Here's the logs for what happened.
I know this isn't acceptable behavior, but isn't there a punishment tier that I work up to before perma-ban? Given that my 14-day was reversed, this is the first punishment I've gotten on this account. It doesn't seem in line with what typically occurs for my first punishment to be a permanent ban. And compared to what I've gotten in game, my logs are pretty tame. Not saying I don't deserve a punishment, but I certainly don't feel like this is worthy of an instant perma.
