Bronze player's knowledge about pings & things... LACKING

I've been playing League for about 2 years now. I am a bronze player, so many people will just shut me down because I'm not ranked higher. But I have observed that the bronze tier is really missing something that would help dramatically improve game play. That element is Knowledge and Experience. I have a fun time playing league whether I win or lose. But there's a sting that comes when you play with people that refuse to group up late game (unless the obvious nasus split push), or who do not know how to listen/respond/initiate pings. Or how about don't tower dive at lvl 2? I think the Mastery levels could help us out with this somehow. Ranked being restricted to people with their 16 champs, at say mastery lvl 3. This would help filter experience into the equation. Thoughts?
