when is the real hammer going to come down on these kinds of people. My last game just had a 0/12 morg supp that never hit a bind and complained they were scripting but she would just go 1v3 or 1v2 and just die, never hit LEVEL 6 TILL 15 MINS. I just myself and other are just getting tired of the lack of focus riot has on feeders but lets make a broken champion thats going to be perma banned every game....
I don't defend Ritos system here, because I think it lacks in efficiency regarding catching int. feeders, BUT: A case like the one you describe...

she even claimed two of the enemy team was scripting but she couldnt hit a point blank bind to save her life, she would save ult till after we all died and she was barely alive several times. would just simply go to lane get tower dove 3 TIMES at lvl 4 and couldnt hit a bind under tower and i just checked that she has a positive kda with morg so whats the reason to go 0/12 and call hacks?
