Maybe I'm missing something, I can't seem to find the part where I told anyone to get a terminal illness or wish bad things upon their family. The reason why I'm having trouble is because I didn't say anything like that. I will be honest, I have criticized my teammates when they do exceptionally poor in my games, I may have insulted their skills at this game, but I draw the line when it comes to personal things. I don't make threats or really even mention any personal matters because that is too far. I understand that what I said here was probably not an appropriate way to convey my frustration, however I am struggling to understand why this would warrant a permanent ban. (I have had previous punishments like chat restrictions on this account. I didn't say anything worse than what I did here.) It might not be nice words, but its not toxic or anything personal, I don't understand why it is not allowed to criticize teammates who are doing poorly, or even asking "why did you run in 1v5" to understand their strategy.

Double check and see if you find me telling someone to die, or hoping that their family is killed. Also please point out where I said anything offensive to their personal lives. Most of that was in all chat trash talking the enemy in a competitive manner. I was saying bug splat because I was against a kha'zix player. I don't see how I can be permanently banned for telling a teammate that they are bad at this game when they are 1/12 (which was the akali mid in game 2) I understand that profanity is not acceptable and I have had previous chat restrictions on my account, but is this honestly an act deserving of a permanent ban? I did tell my teammate to afk occasionally, but when you at 0/10 don't you think that going afk might actually increase your team's chances of winning?

Calling other players bad, trash, nerds, garbage, etc. is not acceptable behavior.

I love it... I love how since you think you weren't attacking them "personally" that it doesn't matter xD. I can tell you're just a really nice person, and that you will probably prove me wrong, but heres my quick two cents.

You're kind of a dick, try playing your own game instead of playing other peoples games.

The fact that you went through the trouble of posting this on here shows us that you are addicted to LOL and have put too much into it and probably should stop playing it. Riot did you a favor in helping you get your life back on track. Also sustained Toxicity should be as bad if not worse than a single slip.

I see where you said you've had a previous chat restriction; have you had a prior 14 day suspension? If so, then it's just the normal progression of punishment tiers.

From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

Nothing in these logs is bad enough to bring you from nothing straight to a permaban, but it is enough to bring you up to a permaban if you were already at a 14 day suspension. Which, you would have been told at that level that any further punishments would result in the loss of the account. If you haven't had a 14 day suspension, I would recommend sending in a ticket to Player Support and ask them why it was escalated beyond a 14 day suspension.
