You're going to waste so much money having a lawyer spend hours on end trying to weasel you out of a pretty solid contract called the Terms of Service that you agree to and accept each patch. According to the Code of Conduct...

v. Then, above that, there's this funny little clause that says...

[We may terminate your account if] you have violated any part of this Agreement

Feel free to call your lawyer, but it'll be your loss. You were toxic; you got banned for it.

Hey, I know you're angry, but the permaban was well-deserved. You have been toxic in the past, and with these chatlogs, you've clearly not improved. You cuss constantly, call your teammates mean words (idiot, useless, dumb, trash, bad, feeder), threaten to leave the game, and passive-aggresively attack your teammates with phrases such as: "nice ult", "dw why we arent getting ganked tbh", "this sona", and more. You need to control your temper in-game, and not flame your teammates. They don't want to hear how bad they are, and if they're underperforming, they likely know it. No need to stick thorns in the wound. Also, especially as a marksman, this type of behavior is unacceptable, because players become resentful towards those who are mean to them. If you make your support feel uncomfortable and bad about his/her play, he/she is less likely to help you and also less likely to play well. If you make your middle laner or jungler feel uncomfortable, who says that that player will come down to gank for you? Also, you need to realize that players don't need to obey you. If you were upset that Vi was not ganking your lane, ask politely for a gank, and if she responds no or doesn't respond and doesn't come down, then play safe. She obviously thinks that she can better impact the map by doing something else, whether its farming, counterjungling, ganking other lanes, or taking objectives. While her thinking may be wrong, don't flame her; it won't make her change her mind, it will simply make you even less reasonable to her, and she might mute you. Let her do what she wants, and play accordingly; in other words, more safely.

If you're going to make another account, then please take these tips into consideration. If you're just going to start flaming your teammates again, it's better just to put down League of Legends. The playerbase does not appreciate players like you flaming them.

Well... I would have preferred if Riot had permabanned you right away for the logs that got you chat restricted, but better late than never. People told you this would happen in your thread back then. They also told you how to avoid future punishments. You ignored all that and, who would have thought, you got permabanned. You should probably read Riot's Terms of Service to realize you dont have a case.

Every single service out there has in its TOS phrased in one form or another "We reserve the right to suspend accounts indefinitely at any time for any reason.". You technically dont own your account on any website, they do. They are letting you borrow it. Hence they control the terms of the account's use.

you could single handedly put in enough money to buy riot and everything in their shops and still be perma banned. looking at your logs not to mention your inappropriate name it's pretty clear cut, you do realize legally by clicking "I ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS" means that you are accepting the rules listed in them right? if you went out and started assaulting people the police can arrest you even tho you probably pay your taxes and therefore part of their paycheck money means nothing when you break the rules. you flamed and were toxic no excuses you had many opportunitys to reform and change since nothing here is outright permaban worthy the previous restrictions and bans were warnings you didn't listen. maybe now hear me out instead of trying to sue the company in a losing case where the best case scenario is you get unbanned but everyone in the real world sees how childish you are or you lose stay banned maybe even blacklisted and the world sees that you a grown adult is sueing a company because you can't get along with others, perhaps you should reflect on yourself work through some things try to reform and become a better person cuz sueing a game company for punishing you because you can't work with others, lay off the enter key, have self control, let things go is pretty sad man tho I'm sure your lawyer will love you paying him for a frivolous suit
