Trolls in game and in champ select.

So, I've been having quite a bit of trolls in my last few games, not like it's unusual. But I was wondering, would it be better just to play out the games, or just dodge completely? (This is ranked, btw) I have a few carry-ish champions in my pool, but I'm not too sure what I should do. I've won games 4v5 before, sure, but honestly sometimes I feel like I should just dodge. I would really like some feedback on what to do in these situations. (By the way, I know one of the trolls' names if any staff who read this are wondering, was in my most recent champ select)
