Hacked Accounts...

Lately I have had 2 friends who have sadly been hacked. Going by the usernames of Bossatron5000 and Dayvon19, they have been sending me this message: event:http://leagueoflegendx.co.vu/rCl78qNhMjHEaku/lol/en/?i=1042075 skin ashe here. This is a scam sadly and i only a way toget into your account. Before opening this link I made sure to have leagueoflegends.com open and in my profile ready to change my password. Less that 30 seconds after opening this link I was signed out and more than 10 of my friends had been sent the same message. So far, Dayvon19 was the one who sent it to me first and Boss was unlucky enough to have clicked on the link before I could warn him. I have no idea what to do to the 2 accounts and shal leave it up to rito to decide. Because they have been hacked for a few weeks and have been being spammed the link ever since, I do belive they are not able to recover their account any longer. I would say ban them but that is not my choice. And dear riot, please make a way for the support team to be able to see sign in IPs if they could, they could see the IP of the hacker, trace it back to it's original account and ban it. Just my idea, only a bronze 5 Idea...
