PBE Store not working properly

On the PBE rn waiting for the client/game to finish it's updates and while getting ready to play the two new champs i realized that after wasting 8k IP on the runes I needed/wanted, they along with the 2 new champs did not show up in my inv as bought, i cannot put the runes in my rune pages (they're not even there) and i can infinitly buy the same champs over and over again. Just had to say that it says the store is up and this is still happening. (If i could also get my IP back that would be great Ign:RemakeTheMetaPBE) ty <3
