The tribunal system used to allow the player base to decide what's punishable and what is not. That doesn't exist anymore and has been replaced by an automatic system, so for now all we can do is report these players for unsportsmanlike conduct and intentional feeding and hope the system picks up on it. If the tribunal ever returns we should get on it and make sure that behaviour like that gets punished.
