this might be the most pointless dumbest thing i've seen riot do imo. I can understand being honor 2 for the orianna skin, but ranked borders? really riot? how petty do you plan to be with people that have been punished already
Because part of being a good League player is being able to play the teamwork/social aspect of the game, not just the mechanical aspect.
So it makes sense that being Dishonorable would disqualify you from the Victorious skin...But it doesn't make sense that it would also disqualify you from all the other end-of-season rewards that the skin is a part of?
That line of thinking doesn't make any sense to me.
As for why you're disqualified from all end-of-season rewards if you're below Honor Level 2 - if you're going to play the game competitively, you're expected to show sportsmanlike behavior. If you break the rules, you're subject to the consequences.

It's a reward. If you are not honorable, you don't deserve any rewards at all.
People it's pretty easy to not get chat restricted. Just call them trash once and then mute all.
It's an incentive to NOT be toxic. The purpose of the rewards is to encourage a better gaming environment. Riot clearly stated this a long time ago.
never said I was a "good league player" im just saying they shouldnt hold you back on getting your RANKED BORDER as it shows what rank you were previously, can be kind of misleading to others.
