Blood Moon shen

Im going to complain once again about riot not updating blood moon shen and/or akali.

As a shen main, I think shen deserves a 1350 rp skin possibly his blood moon skin. Its just dumb how his blood moon skin isnt as good as the other champions' blood moon skins. Maybe Add red particle effects to his ulti, his passive shield, his w dodge ability, his taunt maybe, his spirit blade, and also make his mask noticeable. I know not many people play shen but that skin still deserves a spot in the cool bloodmoon theme. Riot please listen to me.
