So, RIOT, my question to you, is do you allow this behavior to continue? It appears they changed their summoner names, but are still playing. I will be checking on both of these accounts, and I will continue to keep this at the top of the new discussions. Also, Player 2 spammed "%%%" in the pre-game lobby (directed at me). I will be copying this discussion and repeating it until I get a LOGICAL and FAIR response from a red. I have seen permabans for FAR less toxic behavior. The arbitration in this game is becoming more and more of a joke. Best of luck to all fair-minded summoners.
