Spamming laugh, flashing emotes, and All Chat. We all know it cannot be stopped, and maybe, you report after game.

But we know all about that But I wonder, what do they get out of it. What person finds spamming Lux laugh in lane funny? What kind of back story must you have? Are they alright? Do you need a therapist?

Edit: By cannot be stopped, I mean, those people most likely won't stop. There will always be people doing that, even if you mute them. My question is, what do they gain? Does playing league and spamming emotes really help your self esteem?

The only thing that can't be muted is the pre-game and post-game chat. In game chat, pings, emotes, and champion emotes can all be muted in game.

Riot put in a ton of effort for some hero's witty humor and I enjoy it

I read this article in my tutoring class and apparently according to that article, boys are more competitive than most girls so it's natural for players to BM to show that they are dominant than the opponent. That doesn't mean I'm encouraging BMing as it isn't very sportsmanlike but I'm simply stating that It's natural. So you asking if people who Bm need therapists is unnecessary in my opinion. It also fills their ego.

All those can be muted. And no, they can't be reported. (except for things against Code of Conduct) But yes, they can be stopped. Just hit tab, click mute chat, emote, then click Esc, click option, disable character voice and All Chat. Done.
