I've been banned for almost a year now. Ive made a new account and I've changed my toxic ways. id like to say i fully accept my ban and understand the reason behind it. But id like to nicely ask if my perm banned could be lifted as i am a long time league player. I'm doing much better as a summoner on the rift. Maybe this can happen for such a player as myself of 4 years in this game. if it really can't be lifted then i fully understand and respect it.
I do not believe Riot has ever lifted a permanent ban that was not applied in error. Unfortunately, the account is lost for good.

Good luck, however I see these requests on the boards from time to time and most people claim they don't reverse permanent band. Best wishes!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news: Permanently banned accounts, if it wasn't in error, are never reversed.

It doesn't matter if you've reformed. What's done is done. Make a new account.
