I've been banned for almost a year now. Ive made a new account and I've changed my toxic ways. id like to say i fully accept my ban and understand the reason behind it. But id like to nicely ask if my perm banned could be lifted as i am a long time league player. I'm doing much better as a summoner on the rift. Maybe this can happen for such a player as myself of 4 years in this game. if it really can't be lifted then i fully understand and respect it.

I'm reformed and ready to see if maybe in anyway this account ban can be lifted with obvious close watching or maybe even a second chase in case of another report? and i doubt riot will be receiving any reports and haven't for about a year now from me on my new account

This isn't super toxic compared to some things I've seen, but the entire game chat is negative with a trend of putting down your teammates.
While it would be unlikely to escalate you to a permanent ban from, say, just a chat restriction, consistent behavior like this would be enough to push you over the edge if you'd been punished previously.

I'm just doing my best and giving my best shot and seeing if the system or bot that got the reports had mad an error in seeing this as extremely toxic. i wasn't cursing at anyone. or even breaking summoner codes.

Out of curiosity, why? You're providing little in the way of a positive environment, blaming teammates for your loss, and generally belittling them. That's definitely not being a good community member, even if you're not, say, directly tossing curse words in their direction.

It's not that it saw it as extremely toxic. You can get a permanent ban just by being consistently minorly toxic -- it'll just take longer and you'll have more warnings than the guy using hate speech. Neither is fun to play with.
The 14-day ban is a way of saying "fix your behavior, or the next one is permanent." This is not good enough behavior.
You were also definitely breaking the Summoner's Code. Specifically, you were not "driving constructive feedback", you were not "supporting your team", you were not "facilitating civil discussion," you were not "building relationships," you were not "showing humility in victory and grace in defeat", you were not being "resolute instead of indignant," and you were definitely saying things at another's expense.
Jst A Zed Main1 votesi was being helpful and supportive and when we were losing i was upset yes. but when the game started i did my usual. gl hf. and kept it going. i helped all lanes. i even recommended what to build and do during game. i was the one being attacked and i defensively and yes even angrily replied. I'm not trying to 100 percent defend myself. i take responsibility for these actions. but they were not blurted out in pure means to bring down my team or the intentional feeders. I'm human and i get frustrated just like many others I'm sure do. what I'm simply implying here is that chat does not feel as if its worth my account really being banned for a life time.
