PLEASE HELP RIOT

PLEASE my account has been banned for 14 days and it was just unbanned. i havent been toxic AT ALL but someone reported me for saying report bot when they were being toxic and intentionally feeding. Now my account has been banned for saying that and i stated multiple times in the chat feed that im not being toxic but being honest and that i was upset about the poor performance. now my account has been permanetly banned for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HELP I DONT UNDERSTAND and ive spent so much time and money on this account.

and my responses are yes filled with curses but its not directed to anyone AT ALL. this is my full game chat im being permanently banned on? and when stating no one cares about you i was talking about a fed support and nothing more. Not the actual person. other then trying to get vi involved into a team fight and she starting flaming me and the WHOLE team. i even apologized after the game ended for them assuming i was being a 'dick' in the lobby. please riot revert this action i learned not to be toxic and none of that chat is bming or toxic. people on a daily basis struggle with team poor performance and an occasional feeder. im being banned over someone intentionally feeding and admitting to it in game but later on says its a bad game... i feel extremely violated and that the report system back fired on me rather then the 3 players flaming me and being toxic in witch i followed up on reporting.
