I want to use this script to disable my chat in game, but I want to be sure that it's actually allowed and I'm not going to be banned for it. Is it ok to do? All it really does it disables the enter key using a 3 line script on autohotkey.
it is okay. unless they changed it in the last few weeks because a close friend of mine still uses this but he is on vacation and didnt play in 3 weeks.
I would say just unbind the chat key (if that's not possible bind it to a very obscure key) and /mute all if you don't want to see other peoples' chat.
