Telling a fellow summoner to "kill them selves".

I want to say before my rant than I completely understand that I have in the past been an incredibly toxic player, (like most of us). When it comes to toxicity in league, there's really not much to say but that it happens to the best of us. The game in and of it self, brings out both the best and the worst in us. Whether that be toxicity from a few lost games, or getting demoted or having someone else in your game that's toxic, or if it may be the joy we get from out playing our enemy laner, scoring that juicy penta or carrying you're team to victory and feeling like a world class champion. When it comes to toxicity, I get it. It does happen. We have all been there at least once in some shape or form. Lately, I have really really REALLY been trying to go into every game with a positive attitude and stay that way. Today, I failed. I told a player by the name of M0NSO0N, to delete the game, for blaming me for the sole loss of his lane. I'm sorry, but I DO NOT PLAY YOUR CHAMPION. I do make mistakes which may lead to a loss, but the game is played by 5 people not one. The players response to that was "you should delete your life". Whether you want to argue the technical's or not. The player was telling me to kill myself. Now out of all this. I do not care if this player gets any suspension or not. What I do want to know though is, If a summoner tells another summoner to commit suicide in any way sharper form. Does that constitute a permanent ban? If it does not, It needs to.

"(Like most of us)" What???? Toxic players are a minority of the player base.

You were being toxic and found someone more toxic than yourself and now you're crying? You should be ashamed of yourself.
