Diamond ADC main LF Diamond+ team that plays often

Just looking for a Diamond plus team to polish my skills with. Would like the team to have scrims and ranked 5's often as well. Coaching staff is w.e but at least someone there directing everyone for practice times and what not. Would also like for the team to duo together whenever possible. My schedule is flexible but i do work so add me for more info.
