explaing to me how repeating something that another player called me in all chat while asked for a reason to report the player is perma ban worthy.

Why is it necessary to repeat it to begin with?

You don't need to rally for reports either. 1 report flags the game for review.

I repeated it cause i was on tilt due to an afk jungler and the enemy urgot asked what he said so i typed it out i felt bad for saying the homophobic remark so i replaced it with gay the next time i all chatted it

In general punishments go up a ladder.

10 Game Chat Restriction 25 Game Chat Restriction 14 Day Ban Permanent Ban

The question becomes: Is this action punishable? If yes, apply the next punishment. Using hate speech (shown as %% in your log), urging self harm (ex: kys (not applicable to your specific situation), or extreme toxicity (not applicable to your situation) can give an elevated punishment. The punishment escalation for hate speech is usually skipping two levels, for a 14 day ban first offense or a permaban if there were any other penalties previously levied against the account.

Riot's policy towards anything that gets shown as %%%% is most easily summarized as, "there is never a reason to ever type those words."

/Edit I can give some more pointers at the rest of the chat-log if you'd like, but, if you completely avoid %'s and keep the rest in moderation your next account should go a lot more smoothly, so you don't really need it all nit-picked.

I was not directing a homophobic term at anyone I repeated to the enemy urgot why i said to report trnd and i typed the word it was not directed at anyone. I understand i shouldnt have reported it but look at how i was dc'ing and had an afk lee that game you can't tell me that this perma ban worthy when you have so many tilt factors in this

I can nit-pick the rest of the log if you want me to. There are a few other things that make this chat-log negative, and potentially punishable if it's part of a pattern, even if we got rid of the % lines.

Up to now, you're doing ok. But right around this point, you should probably either mute them or stop responding. Spending time fighting in chat is a negative experience for the rest of your team.

Telling someone that you're reporting them is considered toxic. Either report them at the end game screen or don't, but bringing into the game is considered toxic.

Also never state that you've muted someone. Either mute or don't mute, but don't bring that decision into chat. It's also considered toxic.

You're speaking the truth here, I can tell, but it's not helping the game at all. It's also insulting and continuing the fight, so it's considered toxic.

Bringing the other team into an argument is considered toxic. There is no need to bring them into it. Also, consider that he could have said the same about you in /all and the other team would have no way of knowing who was speaking the truth. So, just avoid spreading the drama.

Don't call for reports. One is enough, so report calling is considered toxic.

Overall, if this is how you normally progress through a game, it could take a month's worth of reports to be punished, but if this is how you normally progress through a game, you'll always be moving closer to the next punishment. So, ease up a bit, mute sooner, and you'll do fine.

/Edit I know you'll also have games with perfectly acceptable chat, so the time between punishments could be months or even a year, but as long as games like this happen, then your punishment level will never decay, moving you closer to increased punishments.

Have you had any other punishments on this account? That's a very large factor in determining punishments.

Riot's policy is to not type those words under any circumstances. I have a tendency to agree with that policy because they're either used as insults (mute and report) or to try to get others to report a person (potentially harassment if a lie, but useless as 1 report is enough even if it's true)

That's keeping in line with their standard increased penalty for using %. You can create a ticket at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to see if they'll be willing to reduce the penalty.

i opened a ticket 3 hours ago and i still havent gotten a response but one of my tickets last activity was moved to the top about my ten game chat restriction

You shouldn't have repeated it, but I think maybe you've got a chance at having this reviewed. Really, there's no point in asking people to report, because 1 report is the same as 9.

I don't think you were toxic, though I think you talk too much in game. But repeating it is no good, and neither is asking people to report. I think you may have a chance to have someone review your permaban, but it's probably slim.
