I can understand it's a bit on the toxic side and that muting the player provoking you is the correct answer to the problem. Please keep in mind that i am only human like the rest of you and no one is perfect. I feel that the perma ban was for the homophobic remark that i repeated which was used by a fellow team mate who wouldn't stop dying top lane and continually critiqued my build and my champion of choice while he had spare time. I have filled out a ticket asking riot if there may have been a mistake since i did use the word "%%%got" in all chat but it was only something i was repeating to the other team in an attempt to get another report or two on him to increase the chances of a ban. other than the homophobic term i used in the 1st chat log which was again me repeating another teammate, I don't see what was deemed worthy of a perma ban between the two chats.

I've had this account since season two and I've only received 3 bans in total since i began playing my 2nd was in season 7 the other was in season 3. I've put a lot of time and money into this and I'd hate to start from scratch just because i quoted someone in all chat when asked why they should report my teammate

That was exactly the reason. Riot has a zero tolerance policy on things like that, and can get you instantly from nothing to a 14 day ban.

Additionally, the punishment system works on 4 tiers. The first is a 10 game chat restriction, then a 25 game. After that is a 14 day ban, and then a permaban. It doesn't matter what the amount of toxicity is, of you continue to be toxic, eventually you will be permabanned.

Honestly In all seriousness It pisses me off the most when cocky players who play MasterYi say ez and that you're trash for playing against his challenger mechanics of right clicking you blindfolded, in your case and trial I'd definitely pick yours as the more innocent one than those that purposely instigated fuels and fire, you were playing 4v5s and lag, while having a raging team trash talk you and the enemy bming u while winning a 4v5. 0 sportsmanship conduct and instigating harassment arguments is report worthy. You tried to defend yourself and others, but the 10x stressful toxic ranked got to ya, asking for reports,lured into being passive aggressive, playing right into your opponents hands, so they can report you for good, it's a hard knock, but it's clear, you were just misunderstood, the good guy in cases like this, the speech, the patterns, the emotions, how can they even understand how you felt if they never felt that! This case shouldn't be banworthy, all cases have a story of 2 sides, and riot uses bots with no understandings, they've forgotten the basic concepts of reading, the people's point of view, and they can't even do it right while being omniscient

it doesn't even matter cause this community is filled with insincere trolls who don't give a crap. if you read the first chat log you'll see I'm not directing a homophobic term at anyone i'm simply giving a response to an enemy team member asking why i said to report him. I'm over it and this dying game who refuses to use a viable system to report people.
