Just got 2 week banned, but i believe it was unfair

Just got a 2 week ban, the chat log presented to me as the reason for the suspension was me stating that someone on the team called me a %%%got and I was very upset about it so i told them to "f*** off" and then muted them. I understand that its vulgar language, but should I really be punished this harshly for defending myself from a very offensive and aggressively used name calling from another summoner? I think maybe a chat restriction would make more sense, if me defending myself that way isn't ok.

Sorry pal. Honestly you a few choices at this point. After your punishment period, #1,play it real smooth (/muteall every game). #2 Make a new account to prevent your account with everything from getting perma banned and lost forever. #3 Keep playing screw up and get perma banned and eventually quit most likely. #4 Reform (Very unlikely because the System is to blame)

In case you didnt relize Im against Perma Banning for "toxicity". I do support it for Hacking. I think they should treat Toxicity with Perma Chat Restrictions but apparently they have tried this at some point, even though Ive played this game since it came out and dont recall them ever doing that. Plus other games do that and it works fine so I know the real reason is it doesnt support the "Scheme".

Riot has to Perma Ban in an attempt to force players to rebuy everything they lost. Its gonna get worse as more players leave.

You did not get a 2 week ban simply for saying "fuck off", you know, I know it, Riot knows it. Post your chat logs.

As for the whole "defending myself" argument. There's no such thing as "defending yourself", because there is no need to... if someone calls you a pejorative term, why would you even need to respond to it? What is the point? If they feel that way about you, do you think your words are going to defuse the situation, or will they make it worse?
