New Icons for Bad Behavior

Players that flame, are salty, toxic, etc should receive tags similar to that of what we get for honors. This will let people know before hand what type of person we're dealing with in game and avoid them or feeding into their bullshit.

Last match I was in...omg...this gold elo riven...such a shit talker that it's ridiculous! I mean, for real...something like this will save players the same fate as those who broke the rules and treated others with mass disrespect, over a video game at that.
