"Tab" mute button

Hello!

I would like to see this change.

When holding tab, and can mute a person, i believe it should mute their emotes as well.

I like hearing the champions voices and their emotes where it is well placed or just standing there. Not when they have a legendary skin or whatever, that allows them to SPAM THE CRUD out of my ears with instant repeatable emotes.

When the latter happens, I need to mute the voices in settings which takes away everything. It's a total downer, when it's only one person being a turd.

PLEASE consider this. It makes legit sense!
