Azir ult VS flash

I was in an aram as Yasuo. the enemy had an Azir. Azir ults my face, I get pushed back as expected. so I flash past his ulty wall of soldiers, expecting to E right to him after, but that's not what happened. I flashed over his wall. I then get knocked back, back past the wall of soldiers, as if he had cast ulty again on my face. (he didn't obviously) but heres the kicker. my flash CD was refunded. I noticed this very quickly, so I then attempt to flash past his wall again. The same exact thing happened. Got bounced back, and my flash CD got refunded. I tried a THIRD time. for me three times its out, so I just ran around the wall, did some damage, he ran with his soldier dash shield thing, and I flashed out of the fight. This time, flash properly on CD.

This is legit game breaking, so here is my report on my experience. V~

P.S. I would have vid proof but I don't fraps every game I play, but I am heavily considering it, seeing as how I run into at least one bug/glitch a day in my playing.
