Permban because support employee can't understand English?
So here's the thing: Two days ago I've reported a bug that didn't let me connect with any 5v5 game except bots and said "I didn't spent on this account $40 to play bots" and after that I've got permanently banned also support employee instead of asking me what excatly was the problem asked me in which location my account was created! I didn't receive any e-mail about suspension reasons nor provided with any information and I don't know if this employee isn't smart enough to understand that** I HAVE SPENT $40 ON RP** not on buying account! The funniest thing is that yesterday I bought yet another RP and spent it on Diana + chest with key.
What can I do now? I already wrote ticket + answered to the bug ticket. Also pro tip for you Riot: don't let employees who aren't fluent in English review English tickets.
