New client super low performance

Hi, I've been using alpha client since the preseason start and experienced huge laggs/performance issues, when I accept queue I have to wait 4-6 second to get into game lobby and another** 3-5 seconds to write anything on chat** which is really annoying. Also sound bugs a lot, when I set every League of Legends process to high every sound plays 3 times every delayed about 1-2 second from another (depends on how many processes are currently running). Also Disable Animation in settings doesn't work at all

Let's add that sometimes I can't change masteries which is REALLY bad for me because I use only one masteries page and customize it every time
