Not trying to be rude or anything but can we do something about these toxic foreign players?

In almost all my games Ive played, there is at least someone either speaking another language or being stupid toxic with their broken english. Im not trying to be racist or anything of that sort but its rediculous. I know you can just mute them but then they spam mastery emote. Just as toxic, if not more so than actual na players
