Tribunal automatic??

I am 100% sure that the tribunal system is rigged and only suspends if say both whole teams report you, the .2% of ppl are banned for this "fact" is a flat out lie, and of the games mentioned in the reason i was suspended, only one of them I was being flat out salty, the fact that i was reported after my most recent game and suspended literally 5 minuted after is defiantly not enough time for a human to see whats going on, one of the games was an aaram where i only typed four times... another of which i wasant even salty sure i had my moments saying like "shivana op" and "invaders never win" but that isint even close enough to be considered salty. what I think is that riot just pulls a couple of random games from our match history which we have been reported, and add that chat to the "reason you were suspended" slide. Ive spent way too much money and time in this great game of theirs. But i continue because ITS ADDICTING, things like this is the reason dunkey quit, can you all please understand that noone is salty for no reason. In my latest game i was being nice at first but after kindly asking to not ks and for my support to stay with me, I couldnt hold it in, like any other normal human being, someone should get reported if they are being salty for no reason, I was being salty in that one game because of my teams continuous mistakes. This is the second time ive been banned for 14 days. And im 100% sure that tribunal system only acts based on how many people reported you. Its automatic and not run by anyone from riot, its just a program. If you are comfortable with being banned by some lazy company who always punish one-sidedley without even hearing you out, your not human, because normal people dont like not being able to argue back, normal people dont like to get responded of something they already know. People that get banned arent bad people. Noone can help how much patience someone has, but they can surely not push them to even less patience. I hope riot fixes this "tribunal system"

The Tribunal hasn't been active for a couple of years now; It's the automated behavior systems and Riot themselves that hand out punishments. Punishments are in tiers:

1st: 10-game chat restriction. 2nd: 25-game restriction. 3rd: 2-week ban. 4th: permanent ban.

It takes 3 months of not getting punished to drop down one (1) punishment tier. It also doesn't matter how severe the offense in question is-if it's punish worthy then you get the next tier of punishment.

As for this case, here's why you got banned:

Game 1:

Verbal abuse and harassment along with hate speech with the down syndrome comment.

More verbal harassment because Shyvana did stuff you didn't like. Also, Shyvana is a real champ, you just don't like her because she beat you that game. Definitely a sore loser mentality on your part for sure.

More negativity and harassment. Also the rules apply to ALL game modes, so excuses like "oh but it was just an aram" or whatever are invalid.

Conclusion:

You have a bad habit of verbally abusing and harassing other players when they do stuff that you don't like, especially when they're having a bad game. Someone else's performance does not give you the excuse nor the right to be a verbally abusive jerk to them. If someone is performing poorly then try to respectfully give them some tips or advice and if they don't listen, then that's their problem, not yours.

Also, Reform Cards only show the most recent games that you're reported in, but in order to get punished, you have to have a history of consistently acting up in multiple games. Keep in mind that Riot reviews all permabans themselves, so if you continue to act up and get permabanned, it's because Riot felt that that was the right punishment for you. For your sake I hope that you change your behavior for the better before it's too late.

My verdict: Punish.

Yes, the Tribunal system is automated, and humans very rarely review the cases. However, that doesn't mean that it's a terrible system. Judging from your case, I can tell that the system did its job well here. As for your other beliefs, well:

This is false. The number of people that report you in a single game is irrelevant, as the system doesn't look at the raw number of reports you receive. Instead, it looks at the percentage of games that you have been reported in. Receiving 1 report in a single game is essentially treated the same as receiving 9 reports, as the system will view both instances as a single reported game. Any extra reports against you doesn't make the system look any harder or faster for something punishable. Riot intentionally designed it like this so that big pre-made parties can't go around and bully solo players with mass reports.

Also, reports alone do not = punishments. Reports simply trigger the system to review your account, and if something punishable is found, that's when you are punished. If the system doesn't find anything, then you aren't punished.

How much money you spend is also irrelevant. You spend money on this game to gain access to more content, NOT to gain immunity from punishment. Riot treats paying and non-paying customers exactly the same when it comes to punishments.

I will agree with you that people usually don't get salty for no reason. In fact, Riot doesn't even ask you to not get salty at all. They understand that this game can be frustrating. It's okay to be salty, angry, frustrated, etc., but Riot simply asks you not to bring that into the game chat. Do whatever you feel you need to do, just don't do it in chat.

Also, it's not wise to mention dunkey in something like this. While I completely understand that he got very frustrated, and again, it's completely acceptable to feel that way, it's still no excuse to wish death upon someone over a simple video game.

Okay, I'm going to argue something here. While you may believe that normal humans can't hold it in and that they don't like not being able to argue back, I'm going to have to disagree. There are plenty of people who exercise self control and don't let their anger dictate what they say or how they act. In fact, a large majority of the League community have enough self control to not lash out at others when they're frustrated, which is evidenced by the fact that these players have never been banned, or were at least able to reform their behavior after a single punishment. While I will say that I believe everyone has a limit to where they could no longer hold it in, there is still such a thing as having self control.

As a final note, the reason why you only receive chat logs of what you say and not anyone else is because what others do isn't a factor towards your punishment. Riot is of the firm belief that retaliation is unacceptable. It doesn't matter what others are doing, their actions are not an excuse for your own poor behavior. If other players are acting like a jerk towards you, the best response is to mute/ignore them and report them after the game. Retaliating with your own toxic behavior, though, simply adds fuel to the fire. It just makes the whole situation worse because now instead of having to deal with 1 toxic teammate, your team now has to deal with 2 toxic teammates.

if the system would bann you based on how many ppl report you, i'd be banned ages ago because i tend to get the 3-4 premades in my team who usually all agree on reporting me for, as you can see nothing because im still here :D

It is automated but not just based on report volume. There is no issue with this punishment. Hate speech is not tolerated.

If you want riot to look at your case you can submit a support ticket but tbh you are more likely to be escalated to a permanent ban than you are to have it lifted.
