Trolls in Champion Select

Is anyone else frustrated with trolls in champion select? The fact that because I don't want to play sup to a veigar adc, or two people lock into the same position because ones a troll and the other is stubborn.

I'm getting tired of having to play a game that I am not enjoying. It sucks because league as a concept is very fun, but its the people that can ruin the game.

I would love at the very least to be able to report trolls in champion select. Because as it stands I meet a troll in select and dodge to avoid being miserable and I am punished, for their troll behavior. Its just tiresome.
