People toxic even in a bot game?

Hello everyone, Why are people toxic even in a bot game? like really, my friend and i just wanted to play a quick bot game just to finish a mission then off to sleep for summer school. For the record the player was playing brand and i was cassio laning at bot. During the game he starts to tell me what to build and how to play because he said he is "diamond" then i just told him i didn't want any advice that i already knew how to play. But no, he started to become toxic out of no where saying he is "married, has a wife and child and that he has a life". Even calling people retarded like really dude? Then my friend and other players in the game just start defending me. After the game, after the reports, I start to think why are people toxic even in a bot game? its just the way this game is built .

id advice playing a different game if you cant handle it.

I agree with you, league is the most toxic game up to date. I can handle the toxicity believe me or not but I'm just wondering why a player would be toxic in a bot game that doesn't matter you know?

I think the reality of it is people are toxic no matter what you're doing. Some people might have bad days, and they're reaction is to attack strangers on the internet because its easy and seemingly untraceable. Personally, I believe Overwatch is more toxic, but thats just because of voice chat and the flame I've endured back when I played competitive. In league I've learned its a lot easier for me to deal with people in ranked (never really play norms anymore but I will say norm overwatch is still really fun). Anyway, good luck in league and I hope you meet better people in the future

I've had similar experiences, people complain and flame you whatever you do. Practicing jungling in an AI game? Insulted. Not going jungling in an AI game? Insulted. Insulted and reported mostly. My advice is to /mute all every single game, and if they ping constantly, mute that too. I only wish the mute would affect after game report chat as well. Since this is about vs AI games, I'll stick to that, don't even get me started on actual pvp.

It's pretty rare that I run into toxic chat in bots game. More often than not, people don't say much if anything. But of course there are always jerks lurking around, waiting to pounce.
