Every game I play, its the same toxicity, people being total jerks and nothing ever happens to them, because if anything did, the problem would be solved by now. I'm sick and tired of this game being ruined by jerks with too much time on their hands and a support team that doesn't give a damn.

Toxicity issue is due to the passive aggressive nature of the playerbase + the game being free to play.
i doubt that you can "fix" the toxic issue but i do agree that it feels like not enough happens. theres flame in 9 out of 10 games. and i dont mean the standard "you suck" i mean really toxic flame where ppl seem to totally lose it
