The number of boosters/wintraders is too damn high

Started playing ranked more lately, the number of people who are wintrading and boosting is higher than ever. From hardstuck 51% winrate d4 and d3 people playing mid, having flash on D every game they suddenly turn into a top main with flash on F and >60% winrate and hovering around high d1 and master. Not to mention people talking in random languages in cross-team chat RIGHT after running it down.

But hey, flaming is the worst thing in this game, am I right?
