Could any Rioter give me PROOFS that the concept of reform works?
Any data and statistics that prove the majority of the punished players eventually gets reformed?
And please, explain how you've came to that results. Everyone can fakes information.

worked for me. I got banned and realized how much i sounded like an immature turd, and changed my ways. I enjoy the game MUCH more now, and I've almost climbed a whole tier.

I think the proof is the people who get a punishment and change their ways. As for the people who don't, well we are better off without them anyway.
