I was in the ban phase and the enemy team banned urgot and urgot said "i detect scum". Why does riot allow for this toxic behaviour in champ select? I was having a great day until being shit on by a pix-elated 24 kilobyte voice on the internet. Feelsbadman.

Because Riot cannot ban majority of player base. THye have to stand with flamers and toxic people as communtiy is toxic.
