Remake Window Too Short

I think the remake window is way to short. I say this because in my last game we all loaded in fine, the jungler said "I have 10000 ping"(this was close to the one minute mark). Then the team including myself told her to leave repeatedly so we could get a remake instead of playing a lag game which she agreed to. So she leaves probably around the 2 minute mark and we wait for the remake window to appear so we can leave this loss of a game. But turns out the remake window is needlessly short and we missed the time. So the game ends very quickly because we can't really do anything with no jungler and especially when all of us are bitter at the lack of a remake option.

This brings me to my main point which is that if the remake option is supposed to prevent bad games it does it in the most counter intuitive way. I say this because it prevents a small amount of bad games under extremely specific conditions. I believe lengthening the window to at least 5 minutes or even later would prevent more bad games than the current 1:30.
