He/she said this to our Katarina. After I called him/her out for their remarks they told me to kill myself as well. Later went on to say, "Want me to go buy the rope?" to our Katarina and other stuff. This toxicity just makes me sad.

Ok that one was kind of funny... anyway the correct response is NOT to make a 'whine thread' on the message boards... the correct response is to put that person on ignore and then report them after the game. That is all.
If their behavior is consistently toxic, they will be punished.

The saddest part about reading that is how it is not even remotely shocking any more despite being extremely inconsiderate and disappointing.
I recently had a player in a bot game running around wishing cancer onto everyone who wasn't helping him get devourer stacks off dragon.
I wonder how that person (you posted about) would react when/if they were to have a child who is really autistic.
It's sad, but as a community we can stop this sort of thing! Once you see start anyone even trying to be toxic just mute them and never communicate with them again. And after the game report them so they don't do this in other matches.
This is why I'm reluctant to hit SR even though I just hit 30. That, and people slinging report threats around at the slightest provocation.
