Because it is a public forum and I can give my point of view on a given situation. I used the information given in OP and general speculation. Which my first post still remains relevant.
There is no role assignment in Blind picks, which since he "called" his lane we can presume he is playing. Role calling is merely a courtesy and not rule.
And
Unless the player in question blatantly admits to trolling/intentionally feeding, which OP never mentions; or is running past towers on purpose/building multi tears or something, also not actually mentioned, then the system probably wouldn't detect it.
Your argument is to simply believe the OP because OP said "the person trolled and fed". Following that logic, if I say "Toxicate13 is a flying potato over the Bermuda Triangle." is it automatically true?
Blind pick doesn't assign roles, but stealing someone's role is toxic and also griefing. There are no rules against specifically that, but it's still toxic. And since you have no proof the other guy wasn't trolling, you can't just say "that means he wasn't, right?" Inting isn't the only behavior that applies to trolling, it's a broad range of things. He might not have intentionally fed, we don't know. But that doesn't mean he wasn't trolling or being toxic. If I steal my jungler's red buff at the start of the game on purpose, then that's toxic and it's also trolling/griefing. There are no rules against specifically doing that, but again, it falls into the category of trolling.
