Ok so riot i got permabanned on my main acc (nickname ChickenSlayer23) becouse being toxic and im ok with that(even i i wasnt toxix that much but ok).But now ive changed im not toxic anymore and i think im better player and i hope u could give me secound chanse i really worked hard i had good skin and good champions.On my other acc i prove that im better my teamates honor me.Please riot give me secound chanse i swear i will never do same mistake EVER again.please

Permaban is permanent (obv) But maybe if you played like a year with no toxic behaviour, I wouldn't mind to see you in my games.

I really want to believe that you could get unbanned, but the tough reality is that it’s one in a million that they see this post, much less even consider changing a policy of no unbanning. Fingers crossed for you buddy!

Sending a support ticket in a year with NO toxic behavior on your new account might help, but I'd say that your odds are slim considering they gave you multiple chances.
