First off::

Thanks for releasing me from the most toxic game I have ever played in my life.

Typical bronze flex game. ADC (Ezreal) feeds, proceeds to steal jungle. Mid (Lux) could hardly comprehend how to play the game and flamed with vulgarity and acted like a child.

I can promise Ezreal and Lux said things 10x worse than I did.

I can promise I have seen streamers say things 10X worse EVERY TIME I WATCH TWITCH, lol. (They are bringing in money, I am a worthless pawn who only spent a few 100$)

IDC if this is my third, fourth, fifth warning.. whatever. I haven't played this game in months.

It's the same shit different day.

If the whole team reports you, it don't matter who was right or wrong, you're efffd... plain and simple.

Untrue. Report count doesn't matter. You can be reported by 9 other people, or 1 - if you do nothing wrong you will not be punished.

It does not matter if others were "10x worse". If you were wrong, you were wrong.

Streamers are subject to the same rules everyone else is. Their ingame conduct is reviewed when reported by other players in the game - their twitch conduct is not subject to Riot's rules.

After looking at the game I saw 2 things

Lee Sin was Plat 5 You (Shaco) were Silver 2

The game is really over before it begins.

Lee purchased 5 more Control wards, had more kills, dealt way more damage, had more cs, more items. It wasn't your team mates that were out-classed or messing up, it was you. The only player that you out damaged was the enemy Alistar support. As Shaco.

Maybe you should look back at that game and consider how you could have done things to change the outcome of the game.

Don't be silly. Twitch streamers who act toxic in game lose their accounts the same way we do.

Being toxic on stream is not punishable, at least so far. And they don't get immunity to the ban system for acting toxic in game just because of being streamers.

The system works the same way regardless of who is using that account.

What differs is how the subject interacts with other's accounts.

  • streamers play 10-15 games a day to water the toxicity down
  • many people in high elo don't report each other
  • they use other accounts to stretch the toxicity count (probably not intentionally)

If your account is subjected to the same condition as a streamer's account, it will have the same outcome.

Perhaps your wisdom could see the game was over within the first five minutes (or before it begins like you first stated before trying to talk about my damage vs THAT team comp), including Ezreal only farming my jungle.

And just who was I going to kill on their team when we are losing that hard? I first picked Shaco and was punished hard vs a better jungle and troll for mid/adc. ** I didn't post this to discuss "what went wrong" in a game we lost 54-23 (lol?)**

I posted the chat log to say I didn't think it was worthy of a permanent ban.

I didn't say anything racial, homophobic, or threatening.

The majority of my chat is arguing and defending myself against two tilted teammates ganging up against myself. Ezreal in particular decided to only farm my jungle after going 0/2 bot.

Yes I could have handled it better, but I can promise the things they were saying were just as bad if not worse (I didn't report either of them btw).

I've seen worse in a large chunk of my games. You see posts on these boards and reddit of how toxic the game is. This game was nothing out of the ordinary. Someone is tilted nearly every game more so if on the losing side.

If you want to ban Riot it could have been a permanent CHAT ban.

At least you would have continued to get my money.

I can admit the chat is childish (see it nearly every game grown adults arguing like kids), but what you don't see is the harassment I was taking and merely defending myself.

The chat log provided was NOT worthy of a permanent ban.
