Toxic jihn continues to play
I made a post about a John who was really toxic and submitted a ticket and reported him , i checked to see if anything happened and nothing did , he's still playing normally

He would have to be toxic and reported by others over multiple games to get banned. Also he might've just gotten a warning
Not how the system works. Stop obsessing and get over it. Let him dig his own grave and move on.
Riot doesn't let you know the outcome of things like this.
