Umm Okey Riot? Double standard much?

I just got stuck with a player in one match who called me a "c u n t" and also told me to "just kys", but I got stuck with the same exact asshole the very next match and quess what? the little %%%%%%%%%% continued on from the previous match. What the actual fuck Riot!?!?!??! I get a chat ban for telling someone to fuck off who is trolling me and this guy tells me to kill myself and you not only don't punish him you stick me with the same asshole in the very next match!

And before the circle jerk says anything about it, I'll spell it out for you: I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TOXIC OR DEGRADING OR INSULTING OR ANYTHING AT ALL TO HIM, EXCEPT TO ASK, "WHY THE TOXIC?".

EDIT: Okey, people really have extreme difficulty reading and comprehending I guess. This was not bitching about a chat restriction from 2 weeks ago. This about how some sick little ass jockey can tell me to “just kys” and not be punished. And not only that, I get stuck with the same dick the very next match. Yet two weeks ago I get a chat restriction for practically nothing, and this guy gets nothing now? Like title says: wtf is with double standards?

You are judged on your chats and they are judged on theirs.

Claiming you are standing up for yourself is not a defense to toxic chat. You may have been slightly toxic in your responses and Riot giving you a chat restriction is telling you that the best solution is to mute and report and move on... not "stand up for yourself" and contribute toxicity, even if it's slight contribution.

If you were arguing with them, that clogs the chat and can be viewed as toxic behavior. You don't necessarily have to say zero tolerance policy things or severely harass them back. If you need more clarifications, you should open up a support ticket and speak to a player behavior specialist.

Assuming you reported, the player will probably be banned. If you queued right after, there is a chance the IFS hadn't punished the player yet. It can take a few minuted for the system to issue a punishment.

"fuck off" is offensive language and verbal assault. That alone is enough to get a punishment.

He was probably grouped and they gang reported you. The circle jerkers will regurgitate their propaganda and tell you that group reports only count as one, but that's obviously bull shit. Your report, on the other hand, will get dismissed as a false positive because you didn't have anyone grouped with you to add to his report.

Report him and give it a bit. Sometimes takes a few moments.
