Toxic Players Overrun The Actual Community

So being on a losing streak and just being demoted form plat 1 yesterday i decided to que up for ranked. I had 2 of the same toxic guys in all the matches I've played today and wow. They were so toxic I was actually tempted to uninstall league because of this community that's allowed to go crazy. I report anyone that seems toxic to me and i had reported these guys all games prior and after and was still being put with them. They would start arguements from lobby up until the defeat screen. I refused to respond to them a majority of the time. But as they nagged on the other teammates joined with them. I feel less players are trying to get rid of the toxic players and instead circle jerking with them due to blaming others makes them think the loss had nothing to do with their own play. I really wanted to hit diamond before this cut off but with these kinds of players still around and in 95% of my games I honestly just don't wanna bother anymore.

can anyone tell me definition of "toxic"? for me "toxic" gameplay is i.e 0/15 yasuo in every match or afks ;d dont be like small girls if somebody just told that u are weak, even in offensive mode ;D item 3070 [zombie-nunu-tears] ("i can leave if u want" QQQQQQQQQQQQ) league or cryers T_T btw What is the average age of lol players? 13 yo girls? ;D

Just keep reporting and they'll either reform or get banned. Yea, it takes a little while, sadly, but if they are bad enough, not too long.

I was just told I have downs syndrome (repeatedly by a group of 3 pre-made people in blind pick) because their friend, a Nami, left me alone in lane half the game and when they were in the lane they were going into jinx and thresh full tilt at low level. It was crazy abuse. I hope they get banned, but I doubt it.

I feel like the wrong ppl get banned because people can't take small suggestions or criticisms. But the real toxic players or trolls always seem to slip the cracks.

:/ I'm sorry to hear there's a bunch of people ruining your games. Although they're by no means a majority there's apparently been some bad luck for you to be paired up with these same people over and over again. Although if you wait about 1-2 minutes between queue then you can ensure you don't end up in game with the same people again (I don't know what queue times in Plat are but that should be enough)

mute them, i know its a shitty answer but if everyone mutes them then their flame means nothing. they can still communicate to you via pings. i dont get why so many people dont mute the toxic players and fight with them rather than muting them and playing their best. also wait 2-3 minutes after you have a toxic player on your team so you dont play with them again. also dont click play again, i find i match up with some of the same players when i hit play again.

Yasou was the only person doing work on that team. If hes the one being toxic then I fully understand. My guess is he was nerd raging, venting and you guys decided to make it worse by trolling him back. What ensued was tilt status for everybody. Next time grow up and hit that mute button and move on.

Meanwhile if you make a comment to a troll or a toxic person, you get instantly punished. Riot's reporting system is all out of wack and the wrong people are being punished for it time and time again. They gave me a chat restriction once this season because I said "Can you freaking stop?" and that was it. Boom, 5 game chat restriction.
