Account banned client closed itself, no email arrived.

I have played this game for a long time now. I am passionate and have tried to improve my in game communications, and have 2 paid lessons per week to improve my play and ability to communicate in a solo queue and solo-in-flex queue environment. I feel like I have been banned by players during a game loss without just cause. I am looking to speak with a Riot Employee about any possibility about further investigating this ban and possibly reversing my banned status if I am found to have been banned without just cause.

Ok so :

  1. if you want our opinion post your chatlogs you can copy them from the msg in your client

  2. its not a good place to look for a rioter's response, yea they post sometimes but its better to write ticket to riot support regarding your problem

  3. you have little to no chance to get unbanned so dont get your hopes high, and by this i mean prepare to level up new account

  4. Riot does not send a mail ( even tho the msg says so ) for a while now , dunno whats the issue but you shouldnt wait for the mail to come
