Note: Do not tell them you're muting them or reporting them as this is permanently bannable offense.

Your account was permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment due to your continued negativity. It was not just a few games but through multiple games that **you showed levels of extreme toxicity. **

My Email Reply: Can you cite me examples of extreme toxicity within the 4 games btwn my 14 day ban and my permanent ban?

> Below I have pasted chat logs from the two games that I felt lead to the permanent ban.

Here is the second game as its paste log is shorter, but this is pasted in full as given to me as one of the two games I was "extremely toxic"

[7:41] ResistImpulse (Volibear): GHOST VOLI [7:44] ResistImpulse (Volibear): HOW ELSE DO I GANK [7:56] ResistImpulse (Volibear): muting

[18:46] ResistImpulse (Volibear): no vayne [19:00] ResistImpulse (Volibear): you do it i report you [19:05] ResistImpulse (Volibear): you dying too much [19:35] ResistImpulse (Volibear): check jungler kda before stealing his buffs

[21:58] ResistImpulse (Volibear): 2v4 there [22:29] ResistImpulse (Volibear): muting and reporting you malph

[25:04] ResistImpulse (Volibear): reporting you vayne [25:51] ResistImpulse (Volibear): fyi lux, if i get pissed and begin int feeding its cause vayne and malph ebing super bm to me [26:07] ResistImpulse (Volibear): she takes my red buff [26:15] ResistImpulse (Volibear): nah ia m not chill [26:23] ResistImpulse (Volibear): ii have zero reason to playwith tema nd group mid [26:29] ResistImpulse (Volibear): when my team doesnt respect me and takes my buffs [26:42] ResistImpulse (Volibear): anmd you taking her side pisses me off [29:09] ResistImpulse (Volibear): took 4 of em

> Jenny711 (Riot Games Player Support) > Jan 24, 15:38 PST > > Hey again, > >** I understand you're getting harassed** but_** I recommend muting players who are toxic_ at the first sign. Muting them prevents further harm coming through to you. The mute button is the best line of defense you have to shield yourself against these players. In the future, do mute them and just report them at the end of the match. (Note: Do not tell them you're muting them or reporting them as this is a punishable offense.)** These reports actually help us by using valuable tracking information to help escalate players to our attention. Reporting them using the end game report feature is the best way to escalate them to our attention. Each report brings violators of the Summoner's Code one step closer to restricted chat or suspension by our investigative audits.

"I am muting you." followed by nothing else.

Not reportable.

"I am muting you." followed by much bitching, continued argument, repeatedly pointing out you are going to report someone.

Reportable.

There's also that part about you threatening to intentionally feed...Preeeeety sure it's about a lot more than just the rest which you're focusing on.

Well its not really permaban worthy but it is punishment worthy. Its just unfortunate that you were so far up the punishment system, that the next step was a permanent ban.

Getting to a permanent ban only with announcing mutes and reports (especially when done in a neutral tone without direct insults) is going to take a long time.

So why is it punishable at all? The bottom line is: It's passive aggressive. There might be valid reasons to announce that you muted somebody, but the only reason you have to tell somebody that you reported them is trying to get back at them.

Next time i will tell me support " i dont rly like you " i will get banned for extreme toxic behaviour because i made my support feel uncomfortable... I do not judge your punishment cause im not the one to do it ( i dunno if you inted rage quited or what ) but

saying " i will mute you and report you " should NEVER get you punished. that is my opinion we can agree or disagree but in no situation in your life you will be punished for doing smth like that and this is crossing the line by this system , we are not in kindergarden fuck that even in kindergarden you can say you dont like smn and you can tell him to shut up [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I recommend something along the lines of "Please communicate with pings if you need me."

Support can be really helpful but sometimes they word their advice very poorly...

OHHHHH BOY... So what I'm hearing is that we need to have a league of legends without any chat.

tbh I don't even know why we have voice chat anymore.

I tell people that all the time and then move on, have never once had any problem with it.

Pretty sure you on the other hand, had things like

[25:51] ResistImpulse (Volibear): fyi lux, if i get pissed and begin _ int feeding _ its cause vayne and malph ebing super bm to me

I understand you're getting harassed but I recommend muting players who are toxic at the first sign. Muting them prevents further harm coming through to you. Okay so I am confused is saying something like "Im muting everyone here because everyone is arguing" a report worthy offense now?

I might have to go submit a ticket on this one and ask Riot about this because there are so many times I just have to say im muting everyone and turn off chat not recently but times where everyone yelling at each-other being idiots and I just can't put up with it.

edit: But first game tonight where all kids wanted to do was argue over a game so /mute all, went about game in peace with sound turned off too.
