So i have gotten a chat ban and yes i deserved it ill admit it but also how do i get rid of it? ive palyed about 10-15 games now and it keeps saying "10-game chat restriction"! its not going away or even at all going down? i will admitt yes i deserved it but i feel like i have paid my time of this please help!? is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

The ban only counts in matchmade games so customs won't count.

Other than that, it should go down anytime you enter a game.

Try logging out and back in.

If that doesn't work. Did you play regular games or bot/customs?

After every game it tells you how many are left.
