This baffles me every time as well. Trolls use up their own time to waste others. It often results in situations where the troll is using up significant amounts of their own time, to waste an insignificant amount of time for many people.
They do this for no personal gain (often they do it at a cost), only for the idea that they might have annoyed/upset someone.
It makes me wonder what kind of person sits on the other end of that screen, to value their own time so little.

He queued up not to climb the ladder, nor to try to have a fair match, but to make people mad.
Everyone else's goals are more long term, his is short term.

Youre defending a troll, for no reason. He intentionally fed (reportable, against the rules), and i dont even want to know what was said in his games. If he was to get banned, itd be for the better, not the worse.

A person playing a game for the enjoyment is doing so by using their time to experience the content of the game. For many people, they are using this time to get better at the game. A person trolling is using their time to waste others, with no intention on improvement of any field.
If we both want to be technical about the whole thing, everything you do can be considered a "waste of time" depending on your perspective.

Sorry, I feel the need to explain my down votes at times, especially in this case where it involves the rules. I would have up voted if your last sentence didn't make an accusation before intentions were completely clear and instead you informed them where these rules could be found for future reference or any questions. I get most people who ask that are probably baiting, but I prefer to assume better of people than worst case, maybe it's more credit than they deserve.
