I admit it I was permanently banned I admit it riot, I was slightly too toxic I understand this, there was a Warwick that was also being toxic on many levels as well he said kill your mother and others words that offended me, I take my mother very personally, she has been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer, I have spent money on this game and I have been banned, one of my favourite and motivational games of my life that gets me up during the day, looking forward to something. I hope you can give me another chance riot.

You had your chances. Those being whatever previous punishments you've had. If you've truly learned your lesson you can make a new account. But know that if you keep repeating your mistakes that got this account banned, the same will happen to a new one.

Mute and report at the end of the game. Responding to toxicity with toxicity can get you punished, as you should know.

I understand it I made a mistake, I just got ticked off at things, my last punishment was 3 months ago I believe.

It takes time to go down the punishment tier ladder.

Depending on the previous offense will depend on how you get punished. And any valid reports prevents you from going down, even if they don't warrant a punishment.

Either you last had a 14-day ban, which means any valid report would get you perma banned, or you had a 25 game chat restriction and used hate speech, which bumped you to a perma.(Atleast that's my understanding for using hate speech after having a chat restrict, might need to be corrected.)

Not really. Not everyone screws over games or gets punished for chat-related offenses.

There's intent feeding, blatently trolling your team, afk'ing, scripting, etc etc..

You don't need to use chat to get punished, and if trolls really wanted to ruin games they'd find ways around the perma-mute anyways. And I'm pretty sure most trolls would, as they're trolling to ruin other peoples games.

Unfortunately Riot can't just make an exception for one player. For multiple reasons.

The first reason is that if that player wen't back on their word and retaliated against other players with in-game actions, Riot would then be responsible for allowing that player to continue playing when they were capable of doing that.

The second is that if Riot gave one player an exception, they would be buried under a literal mountain of requests by other players who also wanted the same treatment.

The third reason is that it would be impossible for Riot to make a distinction between players who were like you, being genuine about their request, and the other sorts of players who just want to keep playing and have every intention of trolling if someone pisses them off.

It comes down to the fact that Riot can't even begin to take this type of direction with things because it is impossible to draw the line around what is acceptable or not, and around Riot's own responsibility.

Maybe you would have been perfectly responsible with a perma-mute. But unfortunately other players would not, and so Riot cannot help you in this way. This is why we can't have nice things, because scumbags like those other players take advantage of the systems you would have used responsibly. The best ideas can still be ruined by just a few selfish low-lifes.

Understandable, you fear what happened might happen again.

I heard unbinding your Enter Key helped a few People Others tend to Mute all as soon as the game begins.

Maybe you can find other Threads about "How to not be Toxic" here, I can remember there being one lately, but i cant remember the title.

I do admit it, I should not have been this toxic and hurtful to my teammates, it was a qualified game, I got stressed and eventually it happened, the least I can hope for is a refund, if not then that's fine.

You could try to remember this account as a warning when you make a new one. What could happen, what emotions are binded with said accound, what memorys.

It doesnt feel like help at all, i know, but i wish you good luck and good experiences when you consider a new account.

My mom beat cancer, and a month ago they found something that indicates the cancer is coming back. (I don't know the terminology... clearly). But if someone insulted my mom online, I would literally have 0 reaction to it. Why do you care what strangers who don't even know you or your mom say? They are saying specifically to piss you off. Don't let them beat you. You flipping out over it, is foolish and only hurts yourself. You really need to grow some thicker skin for your own good. The world is harsh. People are mean.
