I admit it I was permanently banned I admit it riot, I was slightly too toxic I understand this, there was a Warwick that was also being toxic on many levels as well he said kill your mother and others words that offended me, I take my mother very personally, she has been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer, I have spent money on this game and I have been banned, one of my favourite and motivational games of my life that gets me up during the day, looking forward to something. I hope you can give me another chance riot.

You had your chances. Those being whatever previous punishments you've had. If you've truly learned your lesson you can make a new account. But know that if you keep repeating your mistakes that got this account banned, the same will happen to a new one.

Mute and report at the end of the game. Responding to toxicity with toxicity can get you punished, as you should know.

I do admit it, I should not have been this toxic and hurtful to my teammates, it was a qualified game, I got stressed and eventually it happened, the least I can hope for is a refund, if not then that's fine.

It may sound harsh, but the fact you let it get to the point of a perma-ban, means you deserve to be banned. Start a new account or play a different game.

My mom beat cancer, and a month ago they found something that indicates the cancer is coming back. (I don't know the terminology... clearly). But if someone insulted my mom online, I would literally have 0 reaction to it. Why do you care what strangers who don't even know you or your mom say? They are saying specifically to piss you off. Don't let them beat you. You flipping out over it, is foolish and only hurts yourself. You really need to grow some thicker skin for your own good. The world is harsh. People are mean.
