So, yes I do admit it I was being very toxic. (intentional feeding) Though I have 2 questions in mind, If I change my behavior in league will any previous bans count? Also what if a person just reports me for the ''lols'' will I be banned or will it be reviewed?

hell i was straight perma lol...here is the thing my own adc kept callign me a %%% and so i went in all chat and told them what he said then was callling my self names nonstop....they unbanned gave me a 25 chat for no reason.... then recently my team reported me for literally playing alistar as a ap brusier and was getting kills. cant ks when i 1v1, turret dive to secure kills, and secure kills after your dead..... also i said in chat that kindred is a useless jungler which was talkign about the champ not the player.. even said so and was liek why choose him over ez jungle and or graves jungle...him and vayne the adc both fed nonstop blamed me. i first told him not to gank bot because its useless because kindred is a crap jungle champ, and they had a lulu supp which she sat back and was out of range and kindred would get poly which i knew it he didnt. So kindred came bot got ccd i try to go in she dies and i die and vayne i think dies .....so i told kindred not to come then she doesnt listen comes bot and me my adc and jungelr all die and as the norm i get blamed shocker...then them 3 chase ahri through the jungle i just got to bot lane and they all die and i get blamed for 0 reason..i was like why chase....ohh wait you want to play team deathmatch. Which in case you dont know when someone says that they mean you chase for kills and ignore object . So they were at drag and died and my game minimized and couldnt see what was going on and they say reprot useless ali for sitting bot and not helping...i was liek why chase for kills and ignroe object. nope 100% my fault... so they muted me and really started talkign crap to me nonstop useless alui ks so on and so forth. when they were at drag i was 1v1 the mf adc and killed her....then lulu who was about to die was under turret i qw her ulted killed her and walked away and yep they said useless ali ks....literally thats what happened and i got banned off of 1 match for that crap...they unbanned me since i tech never served any punishment . the 25 chat was not my fault becuase another player called me that and i told the enemy team what he had said....

If you are talking about future offences then yes their is a lower ceiling for you to be punished again vs someone who has never been punished. If you are talking about a new account then (unless you got a ban like tyler1) you wont be followed to the new account and will start fresh.
If someone reports for the "lols" then it wont ban you. Even if you still have a lower ceiling for punishments unless it is actually toxic/inting then no you won't be banned (side note, if you report without it actually being an offence then you are just lowering the weight the system gives your report, frequent misreporting pretty much results in it becoming useless)
In the unlikely event that you DO get banned and it wasn't an legitimate ban then you can send riot a ticket and it will be reviewed and rescinded.

No, in the sense that if you have done nothing reportworthy, than those reports will be discarded. Same as for someone with a clean account
Yes, in that if you slip enough for a new punishment, your previous ones will dictate which level the next one will be at.
However, if you consistantly show reformed behavior, your account can be brought back into a clean state. But it'll take time and consistant play. Last I heard, roughly 3 months to move back 1 tier. That translates to about 9 months to clear after a 2-week ban.

If you want folks to believe your story, you should post your reform card that lists whatever reason you were banned/suspended.
I'd encourage you to do so, since what you're saying goes against what Rioters have said.
