More Bots in ARAM

I've been playing ARAM a lot more lately and noticing almost every game has 1-2 bots.

This first match had Soraka and Jhin bots. Soraka would not heal or attack majority of the time. Jhin would shoot skill shots into the wall, ult (and not cast it, just stand there) and then turret dive around 12 times repeatedly.

The second match had enemy Soraka, Jhinn, and Sona bots. All 3 of them didn't even really cast spells the entire game, they'd stand in front of us and let us kill them, and Jhin had same behavior as the jhinn bot in last match.

In both mathes, Soraka and Sona didn't heal at all. As you can see in one match Ashe had more healing than Soraka.., and all the suspected bots have extremely low damage dealt, because they wouldn't attack a majority of the game. Just walk in circles while enemy attacks then eventually run straight through the enemies to turret dive.

Pretty much there is a shedload of bots in the game before level 30. Especially in ARAM. It has apparently been that way for years and Riot doesn't seem to care at all, so.... Pretty much you have to get up to level 30, then it is not much of an issue. Sucks, I know; I am a newer player too and went through that recently. On the other hand, you can get lots of S and S+ scores against teams of all bots if you play in the late hours.

It does seem to get better after lvl 25 or so, but doesn't mostly disappear until lvl 30.
