So I got banned after no reports for however long and this is just not right

I want to know why because I am having a bad game, I have been suspended maybe once in my whole 7+ years of playing league, after spending I don't know how m,uch money on this game and generally doing what I can to make the game ok with my interactions, 2 trolls report me and now I have a perma ban. Someone please help me with this because this is absolutely outrageous that a blindsided ban comes out of left field. Sure everyone has an off day, but playing with nonstop rudeness peolpe every once in a while decided to give a piece of their mind back. THis is grotesquely unfair and I would love to hear some feedback from an admin how a perma ban just comes out of literally NOWHERE.

Punishment works through a 4 tier system. Each time you get punished you move up at least one step. Severe behavior can result in skipping steps even if it's your first offense, and continued good behavior can eventually bring you back down one step at a time.

To evaluate what your punishment was probably for and determine if it may have been warranted, I recommend posting your reform card here for us to see, and letting us know what/when your last punishments were.

If you need to speak with Riot to get more information or to contest your ban you'll have to submit a Support Ticket.
